For my
new job next year I am reading “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People” by Steven Covey. Love it! In the section talking about “beginning with the end in mind”
Covey talks about listing the different roles you have and setting goals for
each. I'm not currently exercising all the roles I am capable of (such as wife and mother) but that is where the goal part comes
in! I posted an example of what I wrote for mine but feel free to snag
a free template for yourself!
